Phoebe is overly sexualized for this to be believable, it read like bad fanfiction. Also it annoyed me to no end the unaccurate pop references (Klingon languague was first heard until 1979's Star Trek: the Motion Picture and formalized for 1984's Star Trek III: The Search for Spock; The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy first incarnation was released on march 1978, five months later that the date of this story).

Also didn't like the sudden ending.

This story is a prequel story about a 16 year old Fox Mulder who is investigating a girl who he believes is linked to his sisters kidnapping. It is a good little story that manages to manages to not step on the toes of the shows continuity (for example, he is not UFO obsessed at this point, which I feel would be an easy mistake for writers to make)

One downside is Fox's constant drooling over his best friend, Phoebe, which gets a bit cringy at times.
